  1. First, lets sign up for a free account at http://www.toodledo.com
  2. Then download the outlook connector at http://www.chromadrake.com/ChromaticDragon/software/ToodledoSyncDownload.aspx

  3. Install the software

  4. On it's first run, you will be prompted for your toodledo unique ID and password. Note: this is not your username. The ID can be found in your account info on your toodledo account.
    Be sure to enter the ID and password.

  5. Enter the frequency that you would like the synchronization to occur. Perform a manual sync to get things rolling.

  6. And now for the Iphone portion of the configuration. Point your safari browser on the Iphone to http://www.toodledo.com/slim and book mark it to your iPhone Home Screen. (Hit the + and select Home Screen, I renamed mine to “Tasks”)

  7. You will now see your outlook tasks on your Iphone. You can make modifications on the Iphone or in Outlook and they will now be in Sync!

Hi there....

I'm not impressed by the size of the editing box for tasks displayed on the iPhone....you can only add or edit text at the top and cannot scroll down.

Any advice on modification to this would be appreciated.

I tried to download this software on my iPhone and I receive a message that Safari cannot download.
