- First, lets sign up for a free account at http://www.toodledo.com
- Then download the outlook connector at http://www.chromadrake.com/ChromaticDragon/software/ToodledoSyncDownload.aspx
- Install the software
- On it's first run, you will be prompted for your toodledo unique ID and password. Note: this is not your username. The ID can be found in your account info on your toodledo account.
Be sure to enter the ID and password.
- Enter the frequency that you would like the synchronization to occur. Perform a manual sync to get things rolling.
- And now for the Iphone portion of the configuration. Point your safari browser on the Iphone to http://www.toodledo.com/slim and book mark it to your iPhone Home Screen. (Hit the + and select Home Screen, I renamed mine to “Tasks”)
- You will now see your outlook tasks on your Iphone. You can make modifications on the Iphone or in Outlook and they will now be in Sync!
